Lurie is perhaps best known for his short stories and prose, which have appeared in Australian and international magazines and newspapers since the 1960s.
Morris Lurie's latest book,‘Hergeshiemer Hangs In’ has the characteristic voice as well as the characteristic amusing stories woven into a semi-autobiographical novel.
